Mrs. B. Moore - Business

Hello My Name Is...

Mrs. Bethany (Rotramel) Moore

This is my 13th year teaching business at Edwards County High School. I am a 1994 graduate of Eastern Illinois University where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. After graduation, I began teaching at Heritage High School in Broadlands, Illinois. After taking some time off to become a mother, I began teaching, again, at Mount Carmel High School in 2000 and taught there until my "dream" job opened up at Edwards County High School.

I have raised my three children in this school district, and I am proud of the academic standards that have been instilled in them and all students in the Edwards County school district.

I am the Edwards County Chapter adviser for Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). This is an organization dedicated to promoting business and business-related fields to secondary students to develop vocational and career supportive competencies as well as promote civic and personal responsibilities. For more information on FBLA visit the website:

I am also the pep club sponsor. ECPC is a student group that strives to support our student athletes by attending games and cheering for our teams. You can find them in the student section at any home game. GO LIONS!!!
