In-person Registration: Wednesday, July 29, 2026 - 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Other Information Needed for Registration:
Insurance is required to participate in any school-sanctioned sports, IHSA activities, Auto, Industrial Arts, and Ag classes. Insurance should be obtained through your local agent as the School District does not provide. The following insurance information is needed at the time of registration: Company Name, Policy #, or IPA#
Names and telephone number of contact people if parents cannot be reached in an emergency. Please make sure all information is kept up to date and current.
Kindergarten students or new students to the district must have an official birth certificate. If unable to provide an official birth certificate or other reliable proof (passport, visa or other governmental documentation of child's identity), an affidavit explaining the inability to do so is required.
Proof of residency is required. If residency is unknown, a current tax bill along with a utility bill will be required for verification purposes. Registration cannot be completed until residency in the Edwards County School District has been determined and meets Illinois School Code requirements.
